This article outlines SmartR’s revenue sharing plan for SmartR partners. SmartR seeks to create a sustainable partnership with partners, where partners are rewarded for creating amazing content and bringing students to the platform, and SmartR is rewarded for driving sales for our partners.

There is no fee to create and host a course on SmartR Marketplace, and you can publish as many free and paid courses as you like.

Instructor revenue share overview

1. Revenue Share

Please note these are revenue shares on the Net Amount, which is the amount a student paid less any applicable taxes or fees.

SmartR will take a small percentage of commission based on the agreed contract between SmartR and partners.

SmartR makes all partner payments in Vietnam Dong (VND) regardless of the currency with which the sale was made.

1. Receiving Payments

For us to pay you in a timely manner, you must own a PayPal or Vietnamese bank account in good standing and must keep us informed of the correct email associated with your account. We reserve the right to withhold payments or impose other penalties if we do not receive proper identifying information or tax documentation from you. You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for any taxes on your income.

Depending on the applicable revenue share model, payment will be made within 30 days of the end of the month in which we receive the fee for a course.

How to keep track of your payment

1. Go to Partner Income in your SmartR Workspace
2. Check your class name and the corresponding amount of payment

1. Withdraw any amount of your payment when the payment status is ready.
