Once finished with a training course, you can easily generate a report to present to the HR or L&D Department to evaluate the training’s effectiveness

Generate a Report
Once you finished with a training course, you will need to generate a report for evaluation purposes. You can start the process as follows:
- Go to Course Management
- Select the finished Training Course which you want to generate a report for

- Click on Reports at the Right Corner
- Once you are in Reports, also select Create a Report at the Right Corner
Adding Your Content
- Report Name
- Select the Classes that you want to create a report with

- You can add up to 3 Executive Summaries of the Training: highlights of the training
- Expectations: the Training Needs and the Trainer’s desired objectives for the training
- You can add a Cover Picture to highlight the Training Event. The image size is 1080 x 1080 recommended.
- Depending on how the Training Event goes, you can add up to 3 Recommendations to the HR or L&D Department
Why Executive Summary and Recommendation are important for a Training Report
. HR or L&D Departments can have a clear and quick idea of how the Training went along with roadmaps moving forward
. You can recommend your Next Steps to these departments so they have an understanding of where their employees are and how to upskill them effectively and efficiently
